The project aim is to build a model for predicting the outcome of a malpractice suit: whether it will result in a settlement or judgment, using data from the National Practitioner Data Bank

(2) "Party switchers" - counties that switched parties from 2000 to 2004

Multi-source data were combined: Census data, data from the Bureau of Economic Analysis, geographical data, and data from cnn.com
